COMMITMENT:

• There is more and more attention for coaching within our schools/facilities.
• With this Learning Network we want to share experience and information about coaching organizational, client-oriented and other processes with the aim of increasing the autonomy of supervisors/teachers. With this Learning Network we want to provide coaches within our member organizations with additional frameworks and tools regarding coaching of organizational, client-oriented and other processes.
• What do we mean by coaching? What is the 'point' of coaching?
• What does coaching look like within the various member organizations? Differences and similarities?
• Coaching within a healthcare network? How do we see that? What objectives are we pursuing? What result do we want to achieve?
